The www.solane.com.ph and its associated websites make no warranty as to the quality, accuracy, completeness and validity of any materials on the website and does not warrant that the functions contained on the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. When a mistake is noticed, we will correct it as soon as possible and will notify customers who are affected. Where necessary, an order may be cancelled prior to shipping the product. Where applicable law does not allow exclusion of implied warranties, the foregoing exclusions may not apply to you.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Materials from www.solane.com.ph and any other World Wide Web site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by Isla-LPG Corporation or any of its related, affiliated, or subsidiary companies may not be copied or distributed, or republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way, without the prior written consent of Isla LPG Corporation – EXCEPT you may download one copy of the material on one computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you do not delete or change any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Modification or use of the materials for any other purpose violates Isla LPG Corporation's intellectual property rights. The materials in this site are provided for lawful purposes only. If you download software from our site, the software, including all files, images, contained in or generated by the software, and accompanying data (together, the "Software") are deemed to be licensed to you by Isla LPG Corporation. Neither title nor intellectual property rights are transferred to you, but remain with Isla LPG Corporation who owns full and complete title. You may not resell, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise convert the Software to a human perceivable form.
We reserve the right to cancel a customer transaction, in case of the following:
- Product's availability is made impossible by fortuitous events.
- Product's conditions might compromise the safety of both the company and the customer.
- Product placement is deemed unfit and unsafe by the company.
In these events, customers will receive our notification regarding the cancellation. Rest assured, we will return the full payment made by your purchase.
In addition, we reserve the right to automatically cancel your transaction, in case of the following:
- Customer ceased to confirm the purchase made, an hour after purchase notification has been sent.
- Customer no-show during delivery.
- Customer records are highly suspected to be fraudulent.
In these events, customers will receive our notification regarding the cancellation.
However, a cancellation charge of Php 40.00 will apply.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, kindly notify our Customer Service Center by calling +63 2 887-5555 or by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers will be given one (1) hour as window for cancellation. Beyond the said cancellation window, a cancellation surcharge amounting to Php40.00 per transaction will apply and to be charged against the customer's credit card account.
We warrant that:
- The product delivered complies in accordance to the company's safety policies.
- The product delivered is intended to be used strictly in accordance with the instructions set out by the company. It is your responsibility as the consumer to ensure that you use the product strictly in accordance with those instructions. In case of breach, proper sanctions will apply. (Brand protection purposes)
Before delivery, we may make minor adjustments to material, color, weight, measurements, design and other features to the extent that they are reasonable. (In case of unannounced added features like safety cap, etc.)
We try very hard to deliver our products in customer-excellent condition. However, should you tell us that any our products are faulty and/or unsafe, you are requested to agree to keep the product in its current condition while we send our agents to inspect within a reasonable time.
In order to provide you with remedies for a faulty product, we will need your assistance and prompt provision of certain information regarding the product, including:
- You specifying with reasonable detail the way in which the product is alleged to be damaged, defective or unsafe.
- You providing us with the details of the delivery necessary in the replacement of the product delivered, in processing the cancellation of your order, and such other information as we would reasonably require.
If you would like us to repair, replace or provide a refund for the product where it did conform to the applicable purchase, and we find that the product delivered has:
- Been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions
- Been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair
- Been dealt with or used contrary to our or the dealer's instructions for the product
- Deteriorated through normal wear and tear, after delivery by us
We may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product, and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees, and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
For any valid reason should you wish to return our product(s), you have 7 days upon receiving the product(s) to express your concern, and ask to return your order. Kindly contact our Customer Service Center by calling +63 2 887-5555 or sending us an email at email@example.com to initiate the return.
Once Quality Control has inspected the returned item(s) and the validity confirmed, we will aim to process your return within 5 business days.
We will usually refund any money received from the original mode of payment that you used subject to certain terms and conditions.
Exchange of items applies only for DAMAGED/UNSAFE products. We do not allow the return or exchange of cylinders that does not meet your expectations in fitting/liking. The company reserves the right to apply proper sanctions in these cases.
The following policy describes how we process our deliveries.
- The customer must agree that the delivery details and address that they provide as point of delivery and billing is truthful and correct. Credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly. If customer provides us with incorrect or invalid credit card or payment information, we cannot process the order. We will attempt to contact the customer to resolve the issue, but customer will be responsible for any issues arising as a result thereof.
- We have the option to contact the customer to correct any mistakes in the shipping details entered by the client but are under no lawful obligation to do so.
- We cannot offer guaranteed delivery. If our delivery personnel report that the delivery address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact the customer and acquire new information. We will not be liable; however, if we are unable to make a delivery due to incorrect delivery information or force majeure, and we will not be able to issue a refund.
- At the prerogative of the Solane delivery rider, the customer may be required to present at least one (1) valid ID – original or photocopy of government-issued IDs, passport, school/company IDs – for transaction verification.
- For now, our credit card payment facility is available within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
- Solane LPG is generally unable to guarantee specific delivery times.
- The precise time of delivery varies and depends on the schedule of our delivery personnel. In some cases, however, we are able to guarantee morning or afternoon delivery. If this is the case, you will be notified during the purchase process. Under normal circumstance, our delivery starts at 8:00am until 5:00pm.
- If a recipient is unavailable when we attempt delivery, we will endeavor to contact recipient using available contact details. If appropriate, we will also contact recipient when delivery issues arise.
- It is understood, however, that delay due to traffic, inclement weather or similar or analogous conditions are beyond Solane LPG control and should not at any time be taken against Solane LPG.
- Online transactions, such as orders, shall be processed during regular office hours only. Transactions that do not fall in this period shall be processed on the next soonest office hours period.
- Solane LPG does not guarantee same-day delivery for orders made on Sundays and/or during major holidays, including those made beyond 4:00 PM daily.
